Gift Cards

By purchasing, receiving , accepting or using the MemorableShop.com Gift Card in physical or digital form (“Gift Card”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The Gift Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, unless required by law. The Gift Card has no expiration date. Protect the Gift Card. Stolen, damaged or lost Gift Cards will only be replaced if the Gift Card has never been used. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable (e-mail) address or a nonexistent (e-mail) address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. You agree that we may deactivate, cancel or suspend any Gift Card and freeze any associated Gift Card funds if we suspect fraud, scam or unlawful activity or improper Gift Card use (of any kind). You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Gift Card. We reserve the right to correct the Gift Card balance if we believe that an error (of any kind) has occurred.
